Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card. You get the full Starter feature set during trial. After 14 days you pick a plan or your workspace pauses (data preserved, read-only).

What counts as an SKU?

An active variant — i.e. a variant that has at least one cost snapshot or has received an order in the last 60 days. Archived variants don't count.

What counts as an integration?

A connected third-party data source. Shopify counts as one. Each ad channel (Meta, Google, TikTok) counts as one. Accounting (Xero, QuickBooks) counts as one.

How does the audit trail work?

Every number you see on the dashboard traces back to its source — supplier invoice line, freight allocation, FX snapshot, tariff lookup row. Click any figure and the components blob opens with the full provenance. Compliance teams love this.

Do you actually run my data through an LLM?

No financial number is produced by an LLM. Claude is used only for: HS code suggestions (human-reviewed), supplier-invoice OCR (extraction only), and natural-language prose around already-computed numbers. Detailed in our architecture rules.

Where is my data stored?

EU-region Postgres via Supabase. AES-256-GCM encryption for third-party tokens at rest. Multi-tenant row-level security on every table. We will be ICO-registered before consumer features ship.
